You move up by finishing your current level's task and having it reviewed against that task's published criteria. Not by seniority, not by how long you've been around, not by who you know.

Is this a real internship?
No. It's a simulation designed to feel like one: real department tasks, real deadlines, real review. Amrutdhara Dairy Co. doesn't exist outside this program, but the skills you practice and the work you produce are real.
Do I get paid, or does it cost anything?
Neither. It's unpaid, and free to join for Batch #1. No application fee now or for anyone who joins this month.
What do I actually submit each time?
A link to a Google Doc, Sheet, or Slide deck with your work, shared as "anyone with the link can view." No file uploads, no separate account needed.
Who reviews my work, and how?
The Amrutdhara program team, against the criteria published for that specific task. Same bar for everyone at that level.
What happens if I don't clear a task?
You get notes and another shot. No penalty for a second attempt, the point is the work, not your pass rate.
Do I actually get a certificate?
Yes. Clear all 3 levels in a department and you get a Completion Certificate under EduBridge x Staneley Consulting & Training, plus an Employee Record and a compiled report of every task and level you cleared. It's not a real employer, so we're upfront that it's a simulation, but the certificate reflects real, reviewed work.
Do I get a recommendation letter?
If you reach the Leadership Council capstone, yes: a personal letter from Salil Rajguru and Staneley Victor based on your actual submissions, not a template. It's reserved for capstone graduates since that's the level where we've seen enough of your work to vouch for it specifically.
Is this just a lead magnet for something else?
It's free this month because we'd rather prove it's worth your time before asking for anything. If it stays useful, a paid tier comes later, and it stays optional.
